Mempho Presents · Tom Lee Park · Memphis, TNRiverBeat Music Fest 2026
THE CHALLENGE.
Three days.
Fifty-plus artists.
Ninety deliverables.
One love letter to Memphis on the Mississippi.
Services: STRATEGY · CINEMATOGRAPHY · MOTION · POST
Website: RIVERBEAT.COM
Crew: 16 ON THE GROUND
Deliverables: 90+
The challenge was clear. When Mempho Presents brought RiverBeat to Tom Lee Park, they needed a partner who could cover every stage, turn a recap around by 10am the next morning, and still deliver a cinematic festival film by the following Friday — all of it built to run across CTV, paid social, and organic from the moment it landed.
So we assembled a stellar team of directors, cinematographers, editors, animators, photographers, and field producers — and put them on the ground from the first soundcheck to the final encore.
Pre-Festival Animation Campaign.
Built the hype before the gates opened.
Three phases. Twenty-seven cuts. One hook that had to survive a six-second Meta view and a thirty-second CTV spot alike.
Before a single artist took the stage, we delivered three full phases of motion graphics — twenty-seven cuts in total — engineered for the specific math of every channel they had to live on. CTV got the long-form story. Meta got the thumb-stop. PMax got the conversion. Memphis Tourism got the destination pitch.
Capture a festival.
Build a brand.
RiverBeat is a world-class 3-day music festival on a newly renovated thirty-acre stretch of the Downtown Memphis riverfront— a venue and a moment that transcends the concert experience. Our brief: capture the energy, the artists, the city, and turn it around fast enough to keep the conversation going in real time online.
We shaped the work around three audiences: festival-goers reliving and reposting the weekend, prospective attendees getting fomo and buying tomorrow’s pass, and sponsors evaluating their investment. Every deliverable had to serve all three. The name RiverBeat had to be burned-in to the mind of all audiences for next year’s festival.
Festival Coverage
Sixteen crew. Three stages.
Zero missed moments.
We broke the park into zones and built a coverage plan that could survive thunderstorms, schedule changes, and thousands of attendees. Two camera teams held the main stages, a floater chased specialty shots and merch, drone work was coordinated minute-by-minute with stage programming, and a field producer kept media flowing back to the editor in real time.
